After a devastating earthquake and tsunami hit northern Japan in March 2011, thousands of lives were lost and communities completely destroyed. Thousands evacuated, while many remained behind refusing to give up.  Naomi Fukuda and Masahide Chiba are two high schoolers who lost loved ones in the tragedy but turn their tragic circumstances into opportunities to help rebuild their communities.  [24 minutes]
